- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Receptionist Victoria laughed at me when I asked for an insurance quote in a short amount of time. I understand that it was a long shot, but did not deserve to be laughed at. When I explained to Victoria that I did not feel it was very kind to be laughed at, she did not apologize nor did she take responsibility for her rude response.
